WHY USE THE EVENT DESIGN USING THE EVENT CANVAS™ METHODOLOGY?
Event owners are faced with the need for a change and can become frustrated with understanding how to implement it in their events. We use 3-stage event design using the Event Canvas™ methodology that we teach to event teams or work with them directly to apply it to their organization.
It allows them to control how their own events create value and how to measure success through behavior change. Ultimately, by applying the methodology, your teams become change makers and leaders in this methodology and event design in your own organization.
Experience of being in an event design team. Apply the event design using the Event Canvas™ methodology in a case study. I explored the empathy map. Identify the CHANGE of behavior by interested party. Then frame the event design challenge by blocking all design constraints. Articulate the required change and then prototype various event designs. Fill in the circle as a team that has applied Event Design using the Event Canvas™ methodology.

• Apply the Empathy Map, the Canvas of Events and the Delta of Change to analyze the stakeholder behavior as a team member.
• Prototype event designs to articulate the event design narrative.
• Be able to articulate the purpose of event design using the Event methodology
