After 20+ years of experience in organizing events, two years ago our dream began to come true.

As a specialised Consultant in the Meetings & Events industry, we have worked with companies on the Customer Experience of Events with the tCd Methodology; we have advised the best brands in the world in the design, organisation and execution of their events using the Event Canvas Methodology; we have implemented agile and efficient processes and procedures within MICE hotels for an excellent management; we have promoted our Event Designer community and, constantly, the tCd team specializes in Sector Trends as well as Innovation Methodologies.

the Creative dots was born with a very clear vision: To be a global company that bets on leaving an inspiring and memorable LEGACY in the strategic design of events, generating an excellent customer experience based on continuous improvement.

Today we materialize our expertise during these two years of work with national and international projects with different types of meetings & events clients (corporate planner, event planner, venues, suppliers ...) to talk about the trends through which the future of the Sector.

At the Creative dots we are convinced that 2019 will be a key year for the consolidation of design thinking applied to events: designing transforming experiences is and will be the key to success.

2019 TRENDS IN THE MEETINGS AND EVENTS SECTOR. Part 1:

ATTENDEE'S EXPERIENCE: Experiences are given by people to people. Event providers and organizers need to place the attendee at the center of the experience strategy, designing personalized experiences and creating a story in which people are the central point.

And in this design of the attendee's experience it is necessary to focus on the most demanding attendees: the MILLENNIALS. Change is constant for them and they need quick answers. They don't want to be sold a brand, they want to buy EXPERIENCES. And when they attend an event, they just want to live an EXCEPTIONAL experience.

CREATIVITY AND AUTHENTICITY IN SPACES: Experience is also a place. Authentic locations, themed spaces and very singular decorations are the keys to increasing the positive experience of the attendee. It is essential to play with the design of the spaces to create ad hoc experiences.

THE TECHNOLOGY: The future of events depends on the use of the most advanced technology. For the planner, it means efficiency; for the attendee, a more satisfying experience.

Technology facilitates networking, greater interaction and greater engagement from the attendee, and drives more effective communication. In addition, it allows the capture of data for interpretation in order to improve edition by edition.

Artificial Intelligence, the use of apps, virtual reality, drones or facial recognition have come to stay in the creation of the event history.
