Welcome September and welcome new projects, destinations and ideas, which we will tell you in this post. The tCd Methodology and Event Canvas Methodology continue to go around the world in the meetings & events industry, as does our CEO, Angeles Moreno, who at the end of this month will be heading to London.... New edition of the Workshop Event Canvas

After the success of the first Workshop that took place on June 21st in Madrid, the Creative dots, exclusive organizer for Spain, is preparing this month a new edition which will take place on Tuesday, October 9th. Registration is already open!

During this workshop you will learn how to identify & classify your strategic stakeholders, how to generate a clear value, how to actively & satisfactory involve them in the design and construction process of the event. In addition, with #EventCanvas you will learn how to effectively co-create with the event design team, based on a clear structure and a common language.

With this strategic event design tool, organizers can design events focused on the customer experience as well as on the creation of value for all stakeholders. In addition, this approach to this methodology is based on a collaborative working method, encouraging creativity and ROI.

tCd Methodology, promoting innovation in Meliá

This month our innovation methodology travels to Alicante & Benidorm to offer Masterclass in Excellence to the responsible teams for the commercialization and execution of events in the hotels Melia Alicante & Melia Villaitana, with the purpose of implementing the Customer Centric procedures elaborated within the ongoing project.

The tCd Methodology is a method focused on activating and promoting innovation within organizations to co-create events of sustainable value with the aim of strengthening the customer acquisition and loyalty plan (brandlovers). It is based on the use of different tools, involving the different departments engaged in the event management.

Our founder is heading to London at the end of the month to attend Cvent CONNECT Europe 2018, which will take place during October 1st and 2nd, in the Business Design Center in London. She will participate in the Women Leaders panel with Carina Bauer, general director of IMEX Group, Kerstin Wunsch, chief editor at TW-tagungswirtschaft and Stacey Fontenot, vice president of Event Cloud Marketing.

Four expert and inspiring leaders who will share their knowledge on how companies should change the landscape of gender equality in the industry and discuss how, from their roles, have managed to join the ranks of executive leaders.
