We closed last week with our first consulting session for our client´s evolution: IMPACT HUB Madrid using our tCd Methodology.
On this occasion the tCd Methodology is focused on the analysis of processes and procedures of our client´s Event Management. After such a productive exercise, and always starting with the Empathy Analysis of our client´s main buyers, we are working on a Conclusions Report and drafting the new procedures within their Event Management´s area.
Our goal is to elevate their Customer Experience (CUX) to an excellence level and build an efficient Event Management with wider return on loyalty, differentiation and competitive advantage.
